NOTE:
- Customer
can return any unopened
product (you must return
the product re-sellable
condition) with a reasonable
reason, except perishable
products like groceries,
cakes, dry fruits, sweets,
chocolates or any other
product, with limited
shelf life in its original
packaging or original
condition as applicable
to our Head office.
- Incorrect
shipping address provided
by the customer or recipient
refuse to receive the
product or the recipient
is unreachable over phone
or no one is available
in the shipping address
during delivery time.
In such cases the order
will be assumed as executed
& no Refund will be
made.
- We
replace damaged or defective
items within 72 hours
of delivery if you properly
send back to our Head
office.
- Indicate
the reason for returning
the product in a short
note and the note with
the Order Number into
a secure package and send
it through a reliable
courier it to our Head
office within 72 hours.
We will exchange the product
- Note
that Gift Mart will provide
a refund facility only
for products bought from
our web store. Products
should be returned to
our head office for exchange/replcement
within 72 hours after
you have received them.
Also note that the customer
is responsible for the
cost of return postage.
Refunds will be made to
the original purchasing
card within 30 days.
